Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Oats
- 5 Large Egg Whites
- 2-3 Ripe Bananas
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
Optional
- 1/4 Cup Whey Protein To make it "re-loaded"
- Skinned Milk To thin the mix if necessary
Servings: Pancakes
Instructions
- Add the egg whites, bananas, oats, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder in the blender (add also the whey protein if you are using) and mix it all well (add a bit of milk if consistency is to tick. It should not be to runny either)
- Take the mixture out of the blender into a bowl and add half of the blueberries mixing them carefully by hand with a wooden spoon (leave some of blueberries for garnishing)
- Cook on a nonstick cooking pan on a medium heat. When the small bubbles start showing on the upper side, turn around the pancake and cook until both sides look golden

Now the fun part
Pile up 3 or 4 pancakes, add the syrup of your preference (I use organic agave syrup- No sugar added) and garnish with more blueberries...
